SHOCKING: Man Scales Fence To Have S*X With Mad Woman (PHOTO)

21-year-old Lateef Sulaiman has been arrested by Officials of the Lagos State Government for allegedly scaling a 14-feet fence to gain entrance into the Lagos State Rehabilitation and Training Centre, Majidun area of Ikorodu, Lagos, southwest Nigeria, to have s*x with a mad woman.

Sulaiman was
said to have jumped into the female dormitory around 9.30 p.m. recently and had s*x with a deranged woman before he was arrested and handed over to the taskforce at Alausa.
In his confessional statement at the taskforce headquarters, Sulaiman allegedly said he had had s*x with a mad woman at the rehabilitation centre on five occasions before his arrest, saying that he knew where the female dormitory was because he had gone to the centre in the past to seek employment and had thoroughly studied the environment.
He was arraigned at the Special Offences Court, Alausa in Ikeja for his alleged offence
Sulaiman was slammed with a four-count charge. In the first count charge, he was said to have scaled the 14-feet fence of the rehabilitation home and slept with a  mentally ill inmate and thus committed an offence punishable under the laws of Lagos State.
Having pleaded not guilty, he was granted bail in the sum of N50, 000 with two sureties who must be civil servants and present evidence of tax payment for five years.
Sulaiman could not meet the bail conditions and was remanded at the Badagry Prison.
Special Adviser to the Governor on Youth and Social Development, Dr. Dolapo Badru, lamented that there is a lot of satanic rituals going on in the society, wondering what could have made a young man scale the fence to sleep with a mad woman.
“It is this same satanic ritual that makes a herbalist to tell a man to bring the private part of somebody to be used for rituals without killing the person in order to get rich,” he said.
He said it is senseless and baseless for a man to want to sleep with a mad woman, thinking that his fortune in life would change for the better.
According to him, the only thing such a bizarre act could do to a man was to make him contract deadly diseases.
“This act is simply part of the activities of ritualists and a way to get money in a quick means. The case is in court,” he said.

United preparing RECORD third bid for Fabregas

United's persistence comes from repeated positive contact with Fabregas' camp, and the understanding that he would be open to a move in the event of Barcelona accepting a bid.
United sources have told ESPN that manager David Moyes had been considering his next move - including weighing up the possibility of moving on to one of three alternative options, one of whom is Real Madrid's Luka Modric - and decided to continue the pursuit of Fabregas.
United have now put together a package believed to be worth around £40m, comprising a £35m basic fee plus add-ons. That would not just represent the symbolically high offer that could make acceptance more palatable for Barcelona, it would also ensure the Catalans made a significant profit on the fee they paid to Arsenal in 2011.
With Barca also intent on signing an world class centre-back this summer, United hope the Primera Division champions' desire to boost the transfer kitty will further leverage the situation their way.
Thus far, though, Barcelona have adopted a hardline view and insisted the player is not for sale. United also retain an interest in Everton's Marouane Fellaini but it is understood to be seen as separate to the pursuit of an all-round attacking midfielder of Fabregas' ilk.

Red Devils will have to look elsewhere now for a new creative playmaker.
Manchester United’s hopes of signing Real Madrid midfield player Luka Modric this summer have taken a blow after it emerged that los Blancos intend to keep hold of their Croatia international next season partly as a means of convincing Tottenham Hotspur’s Gareth Bale to make the move to the Santiago Bernabeu, reports the DailyMail.
The Premier League champions had been hoping to be able to lure first-choice target Cesc Fabregas away from FC Barcelona during the close-season transfer window.
However, having already had two bids of £25 million and then £30m for the Spain international rejected by the Liga champions, new Red Devils head coach David Moyes is said to now be weighing up making a third offer worth a club-record £35m for the playmaker.
But even that is likely to fail, with the player believed to be keen to remain at Camp Nou next season and fight for his starting place in the Barca midfield.
All of which means that the Scot is set to switch his focus towards Madrid’s Croatian star, who only moved to the Spanish capital last August from Tottenham for £33m, although those plans may also be about to hit the buffers following the news that the Liga giants are determined to hold on to the 27-year-old this summer come what may.
Modric, who registered four goals and eight assists in his 53 matches in his debut campaign at the Bernabeu, is expected to be used next season to help potential new signing Bale settle in at the world’s biggest club, meaning United will again have to look elsewhere for a new creative midfield player for the upcoming campaign.

David Moyes has made no secret of his admiration for Marouane Fellaini but is apparently yet to make a move
If Sir Alex Ferguson had suddenly got sight in his blind spot last summer and brought in Marouane Fellaini, there would have been wild rejoicing on the streets of Manchester (insert your own joke here). Six years after buying the increasingly unqualified success that is Michael Carrick and five years after getting his fingers burned with Owen Hargreaves, Ferguson would have basked in baking-hot praise for finally bringing physicality, energy, height, experience and goal threat to United's central midfield. Especially if he had made his move after Fellaini had beasted Tom Cleverley in the opening game of the season.
A year on and there's a sniffiness about the same player possibly joining David Moyes' United, despite that player easily outscoring any of United's midfielders in the Premier League last season. Yes, he played in a more advanced role for Everton, but the fact that he also out-tackled any of United's midfielders suggests that he was not simply standing behind Nikica Jelavic waiting to get his big fluffy head on Leighton Baines' diagonal balls.
Fellaini is on a very short list of central midfielders in the Premier League who a) are realistically available to United and b) would significantly improve them. We would argue that list is just three or four names long: Fellaini, Tottenham's Sandro/Mousa Dembele and Newcastle's Yohan Cabaye. The Spurs pair would cost £40m each with added Levy tax while Cabaye's 2012/13 season could be filed under 'underwhelming'. There are no such caveats for Fellaini, who is available for a reported £23.5m, even after a phenomenal season which he finished as the Toffees' top scorer.
The transfer of a combative, goalscoring midfielder for a reasonable price sounds like a no-brainer and yet there has been collective sighing and tutting from United fans who see any potential move for the Belgian as a cop-out from Moyes. After failing with moves for Thiago and Cesc Fabregas, the Scot will have merely done what we all suspected all along - gone back to his old club and bought their best player. Too easy. Too obvious. Presumably the sighing and tutting fans think Moyes should ignore the best available central midfielder outside the Premier League's top five on the grounds that he was the manager who made him the best available central midfielder outside the Premier League's top five.
At 25, Fellaini is the same age as Anderson and just two years older than Cleverley. Neither of those players - the current candidates to partner Carrick in United's midfield - are in his class. Fellaini may have played behind a lone striker for Moyes at Everton but the Belgian himself explained that change in May: "I'm happy with my season, although I didn't play in my best position. I'm not a No10. David Moyes predicts my future as a defensive midfielder, but due to a lack of offensive power, he plays me up front." At United, Moyes could play him in a withdrawn role but have the option of pushing him further forward if a more direct style was required. His height offers a versatility not found in alternatives like Sami Khedira or Lars Bender.
Fellaini proved unplayable in Manchester United's opener last season as he scored the only goal of the game
It has been argued before that Moyes cannot be blamed for missing out on a player given the option of joining his former coach at the European champions and, should Barcelona refuse to sell Fabregas, that failure can hardly be laid at Moyes' door either. If his reaction to those disappointments is to turn to Fellaini - one of the better options available across Europe - he should at least be judged on the same criteria as his predecessor. What would have been an intelligent signing a year ago cannot become a cop-out just because Moyes used to manage Fellaini.
In an ideal world, Moyes would presumably prefer to make more of a statement of intent in the transfer market but if he begins next season with Fellaini and Baines as his only significant summer signings then he will have still significantly improved a squad that has just won the Premier League. Wasn't that his brief at the beginning of the window?

Manchester United haven't lost hope of signing Tottenham ace Gareth Bale this summer.
The Mirror says Bale has told Spurs he wants to talk to Real Madrid about a world record transfer.
And United are still waiting in the wings to move should Tottenhamdecide to sell.
Welsh flier Bale now at least wants to listen to what Real Madrid have to say - and the Spanish club see that as a clear sign that he is up for the move.
But with his family settled, Bale could favour staying in England if United can convince Spurs to sell.

Moyes Expectations

Can David Moyes live on the huge expectations ?

David Moyes
Prev1 of 1Next
Scotsman both and the most significant of similarities end there. One is an immortal legend whose managerial career started when the other did not even wear his first boots, one has won a plethora of silverware and honors while the other is a pauper when it comes to trophies. David Moyes is being tasked with filling the very huge boots of the legendary Sir Alex Ferguson at Manchester United, an enviable job but one which comes with its own perks and perils. Manchester United isn’t just a small club in a big town; it is the epitome of popularity and global reach. The Real Madrid or Barcelona or even Bayern Munich fan boys may argue, but Manchester United is the most popular and selling football club on the planet. The pressure, the spotlight, the demands, the riches, the drama, the controversies, it is all there when you talk Manchester United. Never before in his managerial career has David Moyes graced such a stage, the big job that awaits him is staring down at him like a humongous, hungry monster ready to gobble his prey up. It surely won’t be a bed of roses for the former Everton man, and he better be ready for the battle at hand because come May 2014, one-tenth of the whole world will be expecting at least the league trophy in their bulging cabinet.
Making the grade up from the meager surroundings of Everton to the classy heights of Greater Manchester can be pretty demanding. Moyes hasn’t started off the way he would have dreamt, a pre-season friendly loss and the frustrations in the transfer market must’ve toughened him up for the rough ride ahead. Given Moyes’ limited pedigree in managing a star-studded unit, his preferred targets have half an eye on the other offers while in contact with the club. The well-documented Thiago Alcantara transfer saga, heavily linked to United once, chose Bavaria over Manchester. Such difficulties have to be overcome quickly while the scenario across Europe changes tides. While he has a title-winning squad at his disposal, he would definitely like to stamp his authority over his squad with a marquee signing or two.
Although the club hierarchy says that there is no pressure on Moyes and he would be given full support, there are fewer words which sound hollower than those given the present scenario of big spenders and Man United will be desperate not to fall down the ladder. For a club like Man United, the league title is the staple, but whether Moyes is the man for the job is the big issue. Never in his career he had 75000 fans behind his back, the pressure of dealing with fans’ expectations will be one hell of a job for Moyes. Regardless of these rather abstract things, Moyes can bring a new identity to Manchester United while valuing the fabled principles of old. In Moyes, United haven’t got a like for like replacement for Sir Alex but rather they’ve got themselves a Ferguson of the future, provided he stays that long.
Question marks still arise on the protracted Wayne Rooney saga, whether he is staying or leaving is yet to be cleared up. Then there’s the matter of the overhaul of the entire backroom staff, Moyes’ own Everton crew joining him at United with the likes of Eric Steele, Rene Meulensteen and Mike Phelan leaving haven’t gone down well with sections of the club faithful although he was swift to make amends by adding Ryan Giggs and Phil Neville to his unit, but small changes like these can be the game changers at the end. David Moyes once took Everton from the brink of relegation to European contenders and made them consistently punch above their weight, and he will be motivated enough to lead Manchester United to glory, but it remains to be seen whether he can deliver the goods at the first time of asking. David Moyes will be undaunted by the task at hand, but if his record so far is something to go by, then the Stretford and faithful will have a frustrating season at hand. David Moyes heralds a new era of Manchester United, and if he can emulate even half of what Ferguson achieved at the club, his status as a cult hero will go down in the club history books.

Fit-again Nani raring to go

Nani is raring to go after scoring both goals in the friendly victory at Crewe Alexandra on Monday night.
The Portugal international is fit again after a close-season operation and looked sharp for Warren Joyce's side, netting with a free-kick and a fine solo effort. Although the talented wide man feels he is still a week away from reaching peak fitness, he is expecting to be at his best in time to impress David Moyes on his return from the tour.
"It's always nice to get back to work and start training with all the team-mates," Nani toldMUTV. "Of course, all my team-mates have been in Asia but I have been training with a couple of them and it's nice to feel the grass, feel the atmosphere again and start to prepare for the new season.
"I'd played two [behind-closed-doors] friendly games already and am preparing well in myself. I hope, when the season starts, I will be at my best to help the team. I think there's still a lot of work [to do] but, in one more week, then I will be at my best."
When asked about his ambitions for the upcoming campaign, the winger stated: "I hope to win the league again and, for my personal wishes, I want to be at my best and score a lot of goals. Like I said, I just need to be at my best and then everything will come together."

A first-time entry for both player and country, Sunday Mba has been Nigeria’s revelation over the last year.

The midfielder’s inclusion, along with five other home-based players, in Nigeria’s Africa Cup of Nations squad raised eyebrows but the 24-year-old played better than many of the nation’s more heralded foreign contingent.

Having started the tournament on the bench, Mba was Nigeria’s hero in the knockout stages. He scored the winner in the quarter-final against Cote d'Ivoire to spell the end for Didier Drogba’s trophyless 'golden generation'. Then in the final itself, Mba fired home the only goal against Burkina Faso to gift Nigeria their first Afcon title since 1994.

The 24-year-old was also one of Nigeria’s best performers at the Confederations Cup and has helped to draw attention to the depth of talent in the Nigerian league.

A drawn out transfer tussle between Warri Wolves - who own the player and his full transfer rights - and new club Enugu Rangers - where he will stay on loan until the end of the league season in September - mean he has played just a single domestic game, scoring one goal.

Rooney future tops Moyes' agenda as Manchester United boss gets down to business on return from world tour

Manchester United manager David Moyes is returning to England to prepare for showdown talks with Wayne Rooney.
The two men have not spoken since Moyes infuriated Rooney by suggesting he wanted to keep the unsettled England striker at Old Trafford as back-up for Robin van Persie.
The 27-year-old is said to be as determined as ever to leave Old Trafford and will make his feelings known to the manager when they meet.

Moyes and the rest of his squad landed in Manchester early on Tuesday morning from Hong Kong after completing the club's tour of Australia and the Far East, having not seen Rooney for almost three weeks since he left the training camp in Bangkok with a hamstring injury.
The player is expected to return to action in United's friendly against AIK in Stockholm next week having resumed light training at Carrington.
Rooney was pictured with his family on a beach in Portugal over the weekend although it is understood that he had the club's permission to take a short break.
Moyes revealed after United's 5-2 win over Kitchee FC in Hong Kong that there has been no more contact with Chelsea over Rooney since United rejected a £20million bid earlier this month.
'I couldn't give you any more update than I've said before,' added the new United boss.

Moyes admitted the three-week trip had helped him ease into his role as Sir Alex Ferguson's successor, even though it was perhaps not the best way to prepare for the new season.
'I don't know if it would be the ideal preparation,' he said. 'I don't think it's what every team would certainly choose. But I think in football now if you're one of the big clubs you have to take your club to the supporters around the world.
'I think it's something we're going to have to come to terms with. Maybe it's going to happen even more in the future.
'This was going to be a daunting job for whoever replaced Sir Alex but certainly you grow into it and as the days go on you start to feel a bit more comfortable.
'I'm a bit more relaxed because of being around the players and them getting to know me, and I think they feel a wee bit the same way.'
Nemanja Vidic made his first pre-season appearance at Crewe on Monday night but Moyes said goalkeeper David De Gea has an injured finger.

Mystery as butchered shark found strung up from buoy in 'barbaric' deliberate act of cruelty off Australian coast

  • Local divers spotted the shark near to dive wreck marine reserve
  • It had been slashed across its belly and bound tightly to a marker buoy
With their masses of razor-sharp, pointy teeth and propensity for chewing the legs of innocent paddlers, it's hard to evoke sympathy for sharks.
But Australian divers were nonetheless appalled when they chanced upon this 260lb specimen which was brutally slaughtered and strung up by its tail off the coast of New South Wales.
It had been slashed across its midsection and bound tightly to a marker buoy, with the tangled rope around it suggesting it had tried to struggle free as it suffered a long, lingering death.
Barbaric: The six-foot mako shark was discovered by local builder marine photographer Robbert Westerdyk discovered bound to a buoy in the HMAS Adelaide marine reserve, about 60 miles north of Sydney
'Barbaric scene': The six-foot mako shark was discovered by builder and marine photographer Robbert Westerdyk bound to a buoy in the HMAS Adelaide marine reserve, about 60 miles north of Sydney
The disturbing images were taken by Robbert Westerdyke, who spotted the two-metre long mako shark during a dive with friends around the HMAS Adelaide marine reserve, about 60 miles north of Sydney.
'At the end of our dive we came across this barbaric scene, a two-metre mako shark that had been tied up by its tail,' Mr Westerdyk told the Central Coast Gosford Express Advocate.
'It was a horrible thing to see If this was a land creature, the perpetrator would get locked up.'
Mr Westerdyk said he took photographs of the scene and then cut the shark free and let it sink to the bottom.
'It can only be have done by fishermen who should not have been anywhere near the site as it is a marine sanctuary and no fishing is allowed,' he said.
He added to the Sydney Morning Herald: 'It was strung around the tail, probably 9, 10, 11, 12 times. It was really strung up tight by the tail, and then there was a big gash right across the torso of the shark.'
He added: 'I don't even think the shark was fully dead at the time because of the way it was quite gnarled and twisted.
'I think it still must have had a bit of life and it was still maybe trying to fight.'
'It was a horrible thing to see': The mako shark had been stabbed in the chest, had its tail tied round a marker buoy and may have been left hanging for several days. Mr Westerdyke cut it free after photographing it
'It was a horrible thing to see': The mako shark had been stabbed in the chest, had its tail tied round a marker buoy and may have been left hanging for several days. Mr Westerdyke cut it free after photographing it
Mr Westerdyk, a builder who has been diving in the area for some 40 years, said he had only ever seen one mako shark in the wild before.
'They're normally a deep ocean fish and they're out there chasing the pelagic fish," he told the Sydney Morning Herald.
'They usually don't give us any grief at all, but they are a really nice looking fish. They're very sleek and they're very fast.'
Mr Westerdyk forwarded the pictures to the New South Wales Department of Primary Industries, which has investigating.
There is no ban on fishing for mako sharks, but this one was found in the 200m exclusion zone around HMAS Adelaide, a former Royal Australian Navy frigate sunk as a dive wreck two years ago.
Dr David Powter, a senior environmental science lecturer at Newcastle University's Ourimbah campus, told the Australian Broadcasting Corporation the attack appeared to be a deliberate act of cruelty.
'This is such a senseless act for such a beautiful creature and it would apply if it wasn't a shark, if it wasn't a marine organism,' he said.
'It's just such a senseless act to take a life like that for no purpose.'

Deliberate act of cruelty: Mr Westerdyk said he thinks the manner in which the mako shark was tangled in the buoy's anchor rope suggested the shark wasn't dead when it was dumped into the sea and tried to free itself
Shortfin mako sharks like the one discovered by Mr Westerdyk inhabit offshore temperate and tropical seas worldwide, normally far from land though occasionally closer to shore, around islands or inlets.
They can be found from the surface down to depths of 500ft and mainly feed on bony fishes including mackerels, tunas, bonitos, and swordfish, but may also eat other sharks, porpoises, sea turtles, and seabirds.
The fastest known species of shark, mako have been recorded at speeds of 31mph, with bursts of upto 46mph, and have been known to leap 30ft or higher above the surface of the ocean.
There are cases when an angry mako has jumped into a boat after having been hooked.
Mako are far from harmless. They have been implicated in 42 attacks on humans between 1980 and 2010, three of which were fatal, along with 20 boat attacks, according to statistics from the International Shark Attack File.

Ever wondered what's inside a millionaire Premier League player's bag? Then take a peek inside this £80,000-a-week star's suitcase

  • Footballer was signed by Manchester City this summer for £15million
  • English team were on tour in Hong Kong where they were playing in a pre-season competition
  • Navas earns an estimated £80,000-a-week at Manchester City
When most travellers jet off for a summer they will have an iPod and perhaps a Kindle tucked away in their hand luggage.
But when Premier League footballers fly in on their summer tour they cannot go without a haul of luxury goods.
New Manchester City signing Jesus Navas showed off his designer wares as he flew off to Munich for the latest leg of his club's round the world pre-season trips.
Life of a star: City's new signing Jesus Navas had his bag open as the team jetted on to Munich from Manchester for the next leg of their tour
Life of a star: City's new signing Jesus Navas had his bag open as the team jetted on to Munich from Manchester for the next leg of their tour
As Man United flew into Manchester Airport from Hong Kong the Man City team were flying out to Munich on Tuesday morning....... Jesus Navas must think the title is in the bag.
The Spanish international, who cost £15million, doubled his pay when he signed a contract worth an estimated £80,000 at City.
The 27-year-old used to suffer from chronic homesickness which stopped him moving away from his hometown club Seville.
However, he was able to overcome the condition to play abroad for his country and won both the World Cup and the European Championships with Spain.
Manchester City were in Hong Kong to take part in a pre-season competition called the Audi Cup. The English side faced AC Milan, Sao Paulo and Bayern Munich in the competition.

Here MailOnline identifies the items inside and compiles the wallet-busting accessories you need to fit in as a Premier League star... just thank God there's a cash machine behind him.

1. Gucci double-zip washbag - £250
1. Gucci double-zip washbag - £250
To carry every toiletry a Premier League star could get his hands on, be it gel to keep the hairdo in place during the action or aftershave to smell terrific after the match.

2. Beats by Dr Dre - £219
2. Beats by Dr Dre - £219
No Premier League player worth his salt can be seen without their ludicrously oversized headphones in tow. These top-of-the-range headphones are the audio must-haves, if you're willing to spend big.
Even the cheapest Beats by Dr Dre headphones cost nearly £100. The biggest, chunkiest and priciest are a must have for your matchday bag if you are a millionaire Premier League footballer.
3. iPad - from £399
3. iPad - from £399
Who wants to socialise with team-mates on those long flights when you can get stuck into a bit of Angry Birds on the latest iPad? Kept in a zip compartment in Navas' bag, the Spanish star could have his favourite TV shows from home loaded on to save him from repeats of TOWIE.
With just a few hours of training each day, Premier League footballers have a lot of time to kill.
4. Nike Air Max - £119
4. Nike Air Max - £119
These brand-spanking new shiny trainers are pride of place in Navas' bag, and while they'll cost you a pretty penny, it's a fair bet the Spanish star's boot sponsors were generous enough to chuck him a complimentary pair.
Most likely these trainers will just be for casual wear as football clubs carry their players' training and matchday boots and kit.
5. Manchester City training T-Shirt - £16.99
5. Manchester City training T-Shirt - £16.99
Likewise this sky blue training t-shirt, with a big City crest pride of place. Again you'd have to think this was a freebie, compulsory wear from Navas' new club. Unless, of course, large-branded items available for £16.99 from the club shop are de rigueur among Premier league footballers on £100k-plus a week these days.
6. Unidentified furry object - ??
This looks like a small soft toy - perhaps Navas's mascot? After all, even the best players need a little bit of luck...
TOTAL: £1003.99... and that's just your hand luggage!
